Where are SunVora products shipped from?
Orders are prepared and dispatched from China. Tell us your destination country and city so we can discuss the shipping method, freight cost and estimated transit time before dispatch.
Are website prices final wholesale prices?
Prices shown on product pages are indicative unit prices in the marked currency, CNY or USD. Final product price, minimum order, taxes and freight are confirmed in a direct quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Sample orders start from 10 units. Standard bulk orders start from 100 units. Final carton quantities and model combinations are confirmed in the quotation for the selected products.
How do I request a quote for several products?
Use Add to quote in the home catalog, enter or adjust each quantity, then complete the form. WhatsApp opens with the selected product names, quantities and indicative prices already listed. You can also enquire from an individual product page.
Why does one meat grinder page show several capacities?
Some 2L, 3L and 5L versions share the same exterior design. Each design has one product page that lists its available model codes, capacities and indicative prices. Specify the exact option when requesting a quote.
Does the solar fan quotation include a panel and battery?
Included components and specifications vary by model. Review the fan product page, then confirm the supplied panel, battery, adapter, cable, accessories and final packing against the supplier quotation.
Can you ship to Nigeria, Ghana or another African country?
Request a quote with your country, city, products and quantities. Available shipping methods, charges and destination delivery are confirmed for that specific shipment. Import taxes and charges depend on the destination and agreed terms.
Can I request private branding or customization?
Yes. Logo, color, packaging, manual, plug type and voltage customization can be arranged. Send the exact model and quantity so the specification, artwork requirements, price and preparation time can be confirmed.
