The 26K 3.5L vacuum thermal cooker uses a 304 stainless steel inner pot and a vacuum-insulated outer vessel. Bring food to a boil in the inner pot on a suitable stove, then transfer it to the insulated vessel to continue cooking with retained heat. The vessel can also hold chilled food or drinks with ice. No electricity is needed for the outer vessel. The product photo shows the 6.5L version; request a photo of the 3.5L version before ordering.
